About The Kites

The Kites are an electrifying young indie rock band from Leeds, UK, known for their raw, guitar-driven sound and high-energy performances. They craft infectious, high-octane anthems suitable for both airwaves and live venues. In 2024, they opened Leeds Festival. The band has recently released music, including the "Headlights - EP" and singles such as "Hello" in 2024, and "Drunk In Japan," "Living Room," and "Emily Emily" in 2023. Looking ahead, The Kites are scheduled to perform on the main stages of Truck Festival and Y Not Festival in summer 2025, with additional appearances at Kendal Calling and Big Feastival.
