About the artist

TC & The Groove Family are a 10-piece collective whose music celebrates the coming together of cultures and the unity that music can provide. Driven by drummer Tim Cook, their dynamic live shows explore genres from the UK and around the world, including afrobeat, breakbeat, jungle, jazz, and highlife. The band released a new EP, "We Have Each Other," on June 7, 2024, which builds on their debut album, "First Home," with more electronic influences. The band has been touring the UK and aims to tour Europe, hoping to take their funky grooves further afield.
