Sleepazoid is an Australian alternative rock quintet from Melbourne (Naarm), known for a sound that blends "grunge grit, shoegaze atmospherics, and post-punk urgency". Formed in 2024, the band consists of Nette France (lead vocalist and guitarist), Josef Pabis (bassist), Luca Soprano (drummer), George Inglis (guitarist), and Jim Duong (guitarist). They released their debut EP, *Running With The Dogs*, in March 2025, and their sophomore EP, *New Age*, in February 2026. Sleepazoid has been building significant momentum, supporting artists like Faye Webster, playing at Bigsound and SXSW Sydney in 2025, and being named triple j's Unearthed Feature Artist. Their single "3AM" garnered over 100,000 streams in its first week, while the title track "New Age" has surpassed 500,000 streams. They are currently touring Australia in March 2026 and have plans for UK and EU tours.
