Samantics is a one-man celtic punk artist, also described as a livewire rap-poet and musician, who blends ukulele-infused hip-hop and folk-punk. His music features passionate, poignant, and often humorous lyrical rap-poetry, delivered over live-looped instrumentation including ukulele, piano, beats, and bass. His performances are known for being energetic, frantic, funny, and thrilling. His latest endeavor is the album "Polishing Words," a collection of re-imagined and re-recorded songs from his earlier work, which was released on December 6th. This album marked a celebration of his decade-long career and was supported by a 'Decade of Samantics' UK Tour. Samantics has a series of upcoming concerts in 2026, including an appearance at the Jurassic Fields Music Festival in August.
