Sam Ruffillo is an Italian DJ and producer, hailing from Bologna and a key artist on the Berlin-based label Toy Tonics. He specializes in a feel-good blend of Italo house, disco house, nu disco, and jazz house, often infusing his tracks with effervescent funk, Latin styles, and Italian vocals, creating a distinct Mediterranean disco sound with a 90s house edge. His music has garnered support from renowned DJs such as Gerd Janson, The Blessed Madonna, Palms Trax, DJ Tennis, and Seth Troxler. In terms of his latest endeavors, Sam Ruffillo is set to release his debut album, "Tipo Cosi," on Toy Tonics on October 10, 2025. Recent singles from this upcoming album include "Dentro di Me," released on September 15, 2025, and "Ma Sei Fuori," which dropped on July 28, 2025. Earlier in 2024, he collaborated with Toy Tonics founder Kapote on the "Robot Salsa" EP, with remixes following in May 2025. His tracks like "Danza Organica" and "Perfetta Cosi" from his earlier "Italianissimo" EPs were notable anthems during 2023 summer sets and gained significant airplay on Italian pop radio. He also has several upcoming tour dates scheduled for February and May 2026, including stops in Lausanne, Paris, Los Angeles, New York City, and Madrid, alongside a performance in Milan on February 15, 2026, at the m2o Morning Club.
