Sam Blacky, born Samantha Black, is a globally recognized DJ and producer hailing from San Diego, known for her vibrant blend of tribal house, afro house, and latin house, often incorporating elements of techno. She discovered her passion for music in Australia and transitioned from a successful modeling career to become a full-time artist, gracing stages worldwide from Mexico and Ibiza to Bali and Tokyo. Blacky launched her own label, Stabby Records, in 2021, through which she released her debut EP "Summer Solstice" and singles like "Too Late." She has collaborated with esteemed labels such as Repopulate Mars, Thrive Music, and Easier Said, and has gained significant attention for her remixes, including Inji's viral TikTok single "Gaslight" and Paris Hilton's "Chasin'." During the pandemic, she connected with fans through her "A New World" YouTube series, showcasing live sets from picturesque locations in Mexico. Blacky was named one of the most influential producers of the year by 1001 Tracklists in 2022 and has been twice recognized in their Future of Dance list.
