salvia palth was a name used by Aotearoa/New Zealand born musician Daniel Johann for an album of DIY recordings entitled "melanchole", recorded at age 15. an elaborate second album "last chance to see" came 11 years after the debut's release, expanding the sound palette of the first album while retaining the same DIY ethos. drums on "melanchole" performed mostly by Ike Zwanikken drums on "last chance to see" performed by Samuel Austin
