Rowan Murphy is an Irish indie folk singer-songwriter, known for her introspective lyrics, poetic storytelling, and soul-stirring melodies, blending folk, country-infused roots, and indie-pop sensibilities. At 19-20 years old, she showcases a maturity beyond her years, with a pure and vulnerable voice, backed by a classically trained foundation in piano and accomplished guitar work. She has drawn comparisons to artists like Lizzy McAlpine and Fleetwood Mac. In May 2025, Rowan Murphy released her heartfelt piano ballad "Getting Old," a delicate and emotionally charged track exploring adolescence, mental health, and self-discovery. She is signed to 67 Management and Nettwerk Music Group. Her debut EP, "Fault on the Line," was released in July 2025 via Nettwerk Label, featuring the title track written when she was fifteen about co-dependency. More recently, she has released singles such as "You and Your Army" and "Funeral at a Pep Rally" in 2026.
