About the artist

Radio Free Alice is a four-piece new wave, post-punk band formed in 2020 in Gadigal Land/Sydney before moving to Naarm/Melbourne. The band consists of Noah Learmonth (vocals, guitar), Jules Paradiso (guitar), Michael Phillips (bass, saxophone), and Lochie Dowd (drums). Their sound is angular, fresh, and immediate, with clean guitar tones, melodic bass lines, urgent drumbeats, and occasional saxophone. They've recently released a new single "Empty Words" ahead of their US debut at SXSW Austin. The band is also scheduled to perform at Melbourne Fashion Festival's runway and Atlanta's Shaky Knees Festival. In May 2025, they were preparing to move to London and embark on a mini-tour of Australia's east coast.
