PONZ, aka Lauren Pondes, is a New Zealand singer, songwriter, and DJ radiating talent, creativity, and infectious good vibes. Blending nostalgic drum & bass, jungle, and house, her music captures the rush of euphoric club moments and late-night drives, weaving raw emotion into every beat. Since 2021, she’s electrified Aotearoa’s biggest festivals—Bay Dreams, Mardi Gras, Rolling Meadows, Soundsplash—and rocked the 2023 Hybrid Minds & Friends tour alongside Hybrid Minds, K Motionz, 1991, and Charlotte Haining. Her tracks, featured on UKF, Liquicity, Device, and BeatsBassLife, resonate globally, with airplay on George FM, ZM, and her monthly Kool FM radio show since 2023. From songwriting at age ten to her 2024 debut EP Can We Go Back?, PONZ’s passion shines through. Her first album, When It’s Late, drops November 2025, with six singles already out, fueled by late-night writing sessions and vibrant visuals, including a music video shot in London’s streets.
