Having joined his very first band at eleven years old, the songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist is a sturdy diamond in a minefield of hidden gems. It's a deep-rooted, strongly led DIY ethic that has pointed Patrick to where he is now - he has garnered opportunities for himself that many could only dream of, hitting the continent to play festivals in Germany, supporting local heroes The Futureheads and even joining the elite club of musicians to be invited by Sunderland AFC to perform on the Stadium of Light pitch pre-match.
