NF, born Nathan John Feuerstein, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter recognized for his introspective and emotionally charged hip-hop style, often drawing comparisons to Eminem due to his aggressive delivery and raw, personal lyrics. His music frequently delves into themes of mental health, trauma, depression, anxiety, and his challenging upbringing, providing an outlet for his personal struggles. Although his career began within Christian music circles and he was signed to Capitol CMG, NF prefers to be known as a Christian who makes music, rather than a "Christian rapper," aiming for a broader appeal beyond faith-specific audiences.
