Mica Millar live history: retro soul • retro pop
Mica Millar is an acclaimed British soul singer, songwriter, and producer known for her innovative approach and commanding yet soulful voice. Her music is a compelling blend of vintage soundscapes, drawing from soul, blues, gospel, and jazz influences, with respectful nods to 60s and 70s girl groups and Motown, creating a distinct retro soul and retro pop sound. As a fiercely independent creative force, she self-writes, arranges, and produces her work. Her latest endeavor is her second album, 'A Little Bit of Me', which is scheduled for release on June 5, 2026, through her own label, Golden Hour Music. The title track, "A Little Bit of Me," was released as the first single on January 21, 2026. This new album was recorded at Brad Pitt's Miraval Studios in Provence and mastered at Sterling Sound. In support of the album, Mica Millar has announced her biggest UK headline shows to date, including performances at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire on October 9, 2026, and Manchester's New Century Hall on September 26, 2026.
