Marit Larsen and Marion Ravn emphasize that this project isn’t just about nostalgia—it’s about exploring what M2M sounds like in 2025. For the duo, the recording process became both a celebration of their catalog and a way to reconnect, discovering how natural it still feels to sing together. "It’s muscle memory. We’ve been apart for 23 years, but the moment we played these songs again, our voices blended seamlessly. It’s fascinating—on our own, we have very different voices, but together, it’s almost impossible to tell who’s who," says Marion.
