M'Lynn is a Dallas-born Native American soul singer-songwriter and pianist, known for her vulnerable songwriting that explores personal experiences and mental health struggles. She crafts alt-soul and R&B music, characterized by smooth vocals and introspective lyrics. In her latest endeavors, M'Lynn released the single "Wasted On You" in March 2025, an alt-soul anthem about moving on from a past relationship. She also performed "Wasted On You" for a Tiny Desk Entry in 2025, following her recognition as a Tiny Desk Contest Top Shelf Finalist in 2023. Her 2024 releases include the EP "Midnight Confessions" and singles like "Still Got It" and "Unemployed," with the latter offering a satirical take on post-graduate life.
