Luca Fogale is a Canadian singer-songwriter whose music offers comfort and refuge, delving into themes of vulnerability, self-worth, and emotional honesty. Raised in a quiet, conservative household in Burnaby, BC, Luca turned to songwriting as a way to express the feelings that went unspoken. Inspired by the likes of Nina Simone and Joni Mitchell, his voice is both gentle and piercing, uncovering raw truths beneath warm, melodic textures. His debut album Safety introduced a talent steeped in intimacy and atmosphere, while 2020’s Nothing Is Lost expanded his sound with lush orchestration and cinematic scope. The follow-up, Run Where the Light Calls (2023), along with Nothing Is Lost, earned JUNO nominations for “Adult Contemporary Album of the Year,” affirming his place in the Canadian music landscape. With over 100 million streams and tours across North America and Europe, Luca continues to explore spiritual and existential themes in his latest work, including his 2025 single “Begin.” As he puts it, “I’m still learning what kind of artist I want to be.
