Little Grandad is a London-based Americana-indie band known for blending American tones with indie rock vibes, slacker rock, and British indie guitar rock, incorporating power-pop urgency, four-part harmonies, and brass bursts into their sound. The quartet consists of brothers Jack (bass/vocals) and Harry Lower (guitar/vocals), alongside Ned Ashcroft (guitar/trumpet/vocals) and Jimmy Brennan (drums/vocals/guitar). They are currently considered one of London's most tipped bands. In recent news, Little Grandad released their debut double singles, "Sleepwalking" and "Unmasked," through Communion on May 5, 2026. The band has already performed over 70 shows across the UK and Europe, garnering significant praise for their live performances, which are noted for their "chaos and chemistry" and "astonishing cohesion." They have a busy schedule of upcoming festival appearances and residency dates throughout July and August 2026, including The Great Escape, Deer Shed, Latitude, Wilderness, Green Man, and Victorious festivals, among others.
