About Last Train

Last Train is a French rock band hailing from Altkirch, Alsace, formed in 2007. Known for their fierce independence, the quartet manages their own record label, Last Train Productions, their concert production and distribution agency, Cold Fame, and even their own festival, La Messe de Minuit. Their music, which has evolved from classic blues rock to incorporate post-grunge, alternative metal, noise rock, and post-rock influences, is characterized by a darkly atmospheric mood, powerful guitars, and dynamic shifts. In their latest endeavors, Last Train released their new album, "III," on January 31, 2025. This follows their 2024 release of an orchestral film score, "Original Motion Picture Soundtrack," which showcased their ear for atmosphere and dramatics. The band also embarked on a tour in November 2024, supporting The Luka State in the UK and playing four sold-out shows in Paris, where they tested new material from "III" like "Home" and "The Plan". They have a German tour scheduled for April 2025 and are set to perform at Bulgaria's Hills of Rock festival from July 24-26, 2026.
