About Lakey

Independent artist, born in Plymouth, UK moved to Norway as a child. Always had interest in writing poems, books, scripts which later turned into lyrics. Lyrics turned into vocals & songs. Open mind for all genres of music, but grew up listening to Busted & McFly. Around the teenage years exploring new music, hip-hop became the next genre that was listened to. Finding inspiration in people like Wiz Khalifa, Eminem, 2Pac and eventually Machine Gun Kelly. In Lakey you will find music inspired by these artists, but original material. The kitchen turns into a studio at Night-time and that’s where the magic happens.
