KIM SWIM is a Berlin-based, genre-fluid electronic artist originally from South Korea, known for her high-energy sets that blend funky house, trance, bouncy techno, hard house, baile funk, and bass-driven club music. She boldly pursues music after leaving law school, and her mantra is "It's all about energy," reflected in her dynamic and boundary-pushing sound. In 2025, KIM SWIM launched the year with a South African tour and captivated audiences at venues like Mondo Disko in Madrid, Radion in Amsterdam, and Kilomètre25 in Paris. She also debuted at major festivals including Teletech, Monegros, Electric Love, and Deichbrand that year. Her production endeavors include the breakout track "Hands Up High" (2025) and "Floor Is Lava" (2025) on Polyamor and Hot Meal Records, alongside other releases like "ISSA VIBE". Looking ahead to 2026, KIM SWIM has several upcoming performances, including Terminal V Croatia on July 16th and 17th, an event at Kilomètre25 on July 24th, and the NIBIRII Festival on August 28th. She has also played at Rex Club in May 2026 and Schrotty in April 2026. Her career has seen her perform at legendary venues such as Boiler Room, RSO, Funkhaus, HÖR, and Watergate, and she continues to be a prominent figure in Europe's club scene.
