About the artist

Khrystyna Soloviy is a Ukrainian singer-songwriter who belongs to a new generation of Ukrainian music inspired by Revolution of Dignity (2014). In her debut album Жива вода ("Aqua Vita", 2015) Soloviy brought back to life and widely popularized traditional Ukrainian Lemko songs adeptly combining folk melodies with contemporary sound. In her new album Любий друг ("Bel Ami", 2018) Soloviy presents her own songs in indie pop, baroque pop and dream pop genres.
