Jersey is an artist in the stutter house genre, a relatively new subgenre of house music characterized by stuttering vocal samples and choppy, glitchy beats. The sound is often associated with the underground club scene and is known for its experimental and avant-garde approach, with unconventional rhythms and textures. As of January 2024, Jersey is a French DJ duo described as house music's latest prodigy. They gained recognition for their electrifying sets in Parisian apartments and their 2023 EP, *The World I'm Searching For*.
