Jack The Smoker, whose real name is Giacomo Giuseppe Romano, is an Italian rapper and producer from Milan, Italy, who has been active since 2000. He is known for being a part of the Spregiudicati collective and his past work with Mace in La Crème. He gained recognition in freestyle battles and later joined Machete Crew. In April 2024, Jack The Smoker released a new album titled "Sedicinoni," entirely produced by Big Joe. In April 2023 he was on the Real Talk show in Italy.
