About Hot Stamp

Hot Stamp is a dynamic North London sister duo, Jasmine and Poppy, known for their innovative and unpredictable sound that blends art-pop, new wave, and rock & roll, often described as "dangerous pop". Their music is characterized by a glossy, chaotic production built on rock foundations, drawing influences from artists such as David Bowie, Lady Gaga, and Björk. Their aesthetic is a "fever dream of surreal cinema, dangerous femininity, and high fashion," with visual inspiration from cult classics like *The Neon Demon* and the work of Goldfrapp and David Lynch. The band made their official debut with the single "Josephine," a track released around June 2025, which quickly garnered attention for its glistening disco-pop sheen and a twisted tale of obsessive friendship. Following this, they released "Better Taste" around November 2025, described as a "wickedly sharp, self-assured post-breakup anthem". Hot Stamp has been actively electrifying London venues with their riotous stage presence and fearless style. Their recent and upcoming endeavors include festival appearances at Wilderness (August 1, 2025), Tenement Trail (October 11, 2025), and Live at Leeds (November 15, 2025). They are also slated to support Sunday (1994) at London's Electric Ballroom on November 20.
