Held. is a musical trio comprising Douglas Robinson and Sal Mignano of The Sleeping, and Josh Eppard of Coheed and Cambria. Emerging into the post-hardcore and alternative rock scene, the band is set to release their debut album, "Grey," on May 15, 2026, through MNRK Heavy. They have already unveiled two singles from the upcoming album: "New You Anthem," which features Frank Iero of My Chemical Romance, and "Constant Tension," both noted for their explosive guitars, powerful drums, and energetic sound. In early March 2026, Held. hosted an album listening party for "Grey" at Selva in Brooklyn. The band also has tour dates scheduled for 2026 across the USA, with listings indicating performances alongside artists such as Thrice and Hey Mercedes.
