Headhunterz, real name Willem Rebergen, is a highly influential Dutch DJ and music producer renowned for his significant impact on the hardstyle genre, characterized by his unique melodic and energetic sound. While primarily a hardstyle artist, he has also explored other electronic music styles including big room house, electro house, and progressive house during his career, and has been associated with genres such as frenchcore, melbourne bounce, and hardcore. He is the co-founder of the Art of Creation label with Wildstylez, with whom he also forms the acclaimed hardstyle duo Project One. Having previously taken a break from live performances at the end of 2023 to focus on music production, Headhunterz officially returned to performing in a limited capacity in late 2025, including a comeback appearance on the EPIK stage in Australia in December 2025. He is also scheduled to perform in Europe as part of Project One in January 2026, and Defqon.1 Netherlands in June 2026 is listed among upcoming events.
