About Harvey Street

Harvey Street is a high-energy indie and alternative rock band that originated in Raleigh, NC, in the summer of 2021 from college jam sessions. The five-piece group is known for blending modern indie rock textures with classic alt-rock grit, atmospheric guitars, driving rhythms, and melodic hooks, with their sound often described as "disciplined electricity". They craft original music, including popular tracks like "Irish Goodbye" and "Betty" (which is famously about a golden retriever). The band has rapidly gained recognition through relentless touring, having completed four headline tours across 22 states and performing alongside artists such as Flipturn, Moon Taxi, and Futurebirds. Their recent endeavors include the release of their "Great Escape" EP in conjunction with their summer 2024 tour, and forthcoming music like the "Insomnia" EP expected in 2026, and singles "Down and Out" and "Malibu" from 2025. In August 2024, the band experienced a significant setback when their trailer containing all their instruments and gear was stolen in Denver, but they managed to continue their tour with community support. Harvey Street maintains an active touring schedule with numerous concerts planned across the United States throughout June and July 2026.
