Gordo, also known as Diamanté Anthony Blackmon, is a Guatemalan-American DJ and producer who transitioned from his previous alias Carnage in 2021 to focus on a house music sound that encompasses techengue, afro house, and latin house. He has garnered significant attention for his collaborations with Drake, producing multiple tracks on albums such as *Honestly, Nevermind* (2022), *For All the Dogs* (2023), and the recent *ICEMAN* (2026), including hits like "Sticky" and "Rich Baby Daddy". In 2024, Gordo released his album *Diamante*. Beyond his studio work, he is known for his extensive global touring, headlining major festivals like Tomorrowland and Lollapalooza, and regularly performing in Ibiza. He also curates his own worldwide event series called TARAKA, featuring underground artists and extended sets. Furthermore, Gordo has recently undergone a notable physical and mental transformation, openly sharing his weight loss journey and emphasizing discipline and self-care. He continues to be a prominent figure in the dance music scene, with numerous upcoming tour dates scheduled throughout 2026.
