Fun Lovin' Criminals are an American rap rock band from New York City, known for their unique blend of rock, hip-hop, and lounge influences, often featuring lyrics that explore urban life with a mix of grit, humor, and satire. The band gained significant international popularity, particularly in Northwest Europe, with hits like "Scooby Snacks" and "Love Unlimited". Following the departure of founding member Huey Morgan in 2021, Brian 'Fast' Leiser took over lead vocal duties, alongside Frank Benbini on drums and Naim Cortazzi on guitar. The band is set to release their long-awaited seventh album, titled "A Matter of Time," on August 29, 2025. This album marks their first studio release since 2010's "Classic Fantastic" and promises a bold return to their signature gritty sound, having been conceived by Leiser and Benbini and mixed by Grammy-award winning engineer Tim Latham. They also have an international tour planned, beginning in September 2025 and continuing into 2026, with dates across Europe and the US. Meanwhile, former frontman Huey Morgan is pursuing a solo career, with a debut album slated for release in 2026 and a UK tour in May 2025.
