Fred again.. (born Frederick John Philip Gibson) is an English record producer, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and DJ known for his unique "actual life" approach to electronic music, blending elements of stutter house and house with sampled voice notes, FaceTime calls, and personal recordings. He gained significant recognition for his "Actual Life" album series, with "Actual Life 3 (January 1 – September 9 2022)" winning a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album in 2023. In his latest endeavors, Fred again.. released his album "Ten Days" on September 6, 2024, featuring collaborations with artists like Skrillex, Anderson .Paak, and Sampha. He also embarked on the "USB002 Tour" in late 2025, which included a series of singles released as part of his ongoing "USB project," with tracks featuring artists such as Skepta, Amyl and the Sniffers, and Baby Keem.
