Franky Wah, born Luke Storrs in Yorkshire, England, is a contemporary artist known for blending emotion, dance floor energy, and catchy hooks in his melodic house, melodic techno, and progressive house music. His sound resonates with both underground and commercial dance music. He runs his own label, SHÈN, which also functions as an events company and clothing brand. In June 2024, Franky Wah reported that he was robbed in Ibiza and that his music and laptop were stolen. In April 2025, Electronic Groove named Franky Wah as their Artist of the Month, noting that his sold-out performance at Hackney Church reignited his passion for live shows, and he has a full-length album scheduled for 2026.
