About FLO

FLO is a British R&B trio comprised of Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer, who formed in 2019 and quickly rose to prominence with their viral debut single "Cardboard Box" in 2022. Their musical style is characterized by a blend of 90s and 2000s R&B and hip-hop, drawing comparisons to iconic groups like TLC and Destiny's Child, while also incorporating contemporary influences from artists such as H.E.R. and SZA. Since their debut, FLO has garnered significant acclaim, winning the Brit Awards Rising Star in December 2022 and topping the BBC Sound of 2023. They were also nominated for three BET Awards in 2023, including Best New Artist, and were featured on Rolling Stone's list of 25 artists of the future. In their latest endeavors, FLO released several singles in 2024, including "Walk Like This," "Caught Up," "Check," "Bending My Rules," and "AAA," leading up to their debut album, "Access All Areas," which dropped on November 15, 2024. The album notably featured collaborations with Cynthia Erivo and GloRilla. "Access All Areas" made history by becoming the highest-charting album by a UK R&B girl group in 23 years and earned a GRAMMY nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards, marking the first time a British girl group received such recognition in two decades. In December 2025, they released an expanded "Access All Areas: Unlocked" edition of their debut album, featuring bonus tracks. Most recently, FLO released their new single "Leak It" on March 20, 2026, accompanied by a music video, which entered the UK Singles Chart at number 45. They performed "Leak It" live for the first time at the MOBO Awards 2026, where they won Best R&B/Soul Act, and are confirmed to perform at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend later in 2026.
