Ez Mil (Ezekiel Miller Sapiera) is a Filipino-American rapper, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer known for his versatile musical style that blends Pinoy Hip Hop and Pinoy R&B with pop, soul, and rock. He gained significant attention for his seamless transitions between aggressive and smooth vocal styles, as well as his ability to rap in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano. He is recognized for mixing traditional Filipino beats with modern rap, coupled with thought-provoking lyrics, intricate wordplay, and rapid-fire delivery. Ez Mil rose to prominence in 2021 with his viral song "Panalo," which explores themes of Philippine nationalism. His career reached new heights in 2023 when he was signed by Eminem's Shady Records, Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment, and Interscope Records, making him the first Asian artist to achieve such a joint deal. This signing followed Eminem's discovery of Ez Mil's "Up Down (Step & Walk)" music video. In his latest endeavors, Ez Mil has continued to collaborate with major artists, including a feature on Eminem's 2023 song "Realest" and the 2024 track "Head Honcho." He also made a cameo in Eminem's "Houdini" music video. In June 2024, he released a freestyle titled "New York" under Shady Records.
