Etuk Ubong is a Nigerian trumpeter, composer, and bandleader known for blending jazz, Afrobeat, highlife, and Ekombi rhythms into a unique style he calls "Earth Music". Born in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, and raised in Lagos, he began playing the trumpet at 14 and has since performed with renowned musicians like Victor Olaiya and Femi Kuti. Ubong's music carries messages of social consciousness, hope, and aims to connect people, land, and spirit. In June 2025, he performed at the Mawazine Festival in Morocco. He also had a live performance scheduled in Lagos for May 31, 2025.
