About the artist

Erika Tham is a Singaporean-born, Canadian actress, singer and songwriter known for her multicultural background and artistic versatility. Of Chinese-Malaysian and Dutch-Ukrainian descent, Erika grew up across Asia and North America, living in Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Canada, where she attended International Baccalaureate schools and cultivated an early passion for the performing arts. Her breakout came early, landing one of the lead roles in Nickelodeon’s hit musical series “Make It Pop” on just her second professional audition. The show introduced her to a life in the studio, on-camera performances and music video productions. After moving to Los Angeles, Erika appeared in “Star” on Fox alongside Queen Latifah and portrayed Bonnie Rockwaller in Disney’s live-action “Kim Possible”. During this time, she taught herself piano and began writing music, eventually collaborating with four-time Grammy-winning producer Brian Kennedy (Rihanna, The Weeknd, Kelly Clarkson), first penning songs for others before stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist, releasing her debut single “Admit It” in 2021 - a sultry blend of R&B and Pop. Now based in Bangkok, Erika is preparing to release her debut “13300”. A deeply personal body of work set around her move from Los Angeles to Bangkok. The title, “13300”, represents this move as it is the distance in kilometers between the two cities.
