Ekaterina Shelehova is a Canadian-born, Milan Conservatory-trained soprano known for her unique blend of ethno-operatic and world music, often incorporating Celtic influences. She captivated a global audience with her viral "Earth Melodies" performance on Italy's Got Talent in 2021, which has amassed over 500 million views. In 2024, she earned the Golden Buzzer on Spain's Got Talent for her performance of "Sweet Dreams" by Eurythmics and later performed "Skyfall" in the semi-finals, battling a fear of heights. She has performed as lead vocalist for the French new-age group ERA and has graced stages with Hans Zimmer and the Limitless Orchestra, and collaborated with Worakls Orchestra. Her work also extends to composing for film, including "La Tempesta," and featuring her compositions in the video game "Atomic Heart". She is fluent in four languages and was a former gymnast. Shelehova has released original music, with her debut album "MOONLIGHT - Katya" available on all platforms. A highly anticipated new album is expected in 2025.
