Hailing from the east end of Glasgow, Dylan John Thomas is establishing a reputation as the one to watch. He sold out the legendary King Tuts quicker than any other debuting Scot and went on to sell out 3 Glasgow Barrowlands this year alone, while clocking over 5 million streams to date. Mentored by Gerry Cinnamon, Dylan toured sold-out arenas across the UK and into Europe, and was hand-picked by Liam Gallagher, Stereophonics, Sam Fender and Courteeners for special guest appearances on their arena shows. This Summer, Dylan has packed out festival stages across the UK including a momentous Glastonbury debut on the Leftfield stage, and a return to TRNSMT main stage, with the crowd belting his songs back to him. Dylan John Thomas learned to play guitar while growing up in a foster home in Glasgow. Captivated by videos of Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen and Johnny Cash, he started busking around the city centre, which provided the foundation for the talent which now sees people flock to his shows. Over the course of his EPs, Dylan John Thomas makes a habit of telling his story in the most propulsive and colourful of ways, and whilst his journey might appear already a few chapters in, really this is just the start.
