DVBBS is a multi-platinum electronic music duo from Toronto, Canada, made up of brothers Chris and Alex van den Hoef. With billions of streams and global chart-topping hits, they’ve cemented their place as one of Canada’s top dance music exports. After their 2012 debut EP Initio, they broke out with “Tsunami” in 2013. The vocal version “Tsunami (Jump)” featuring Tinie Tempah hit #1 on both the UK Singles and Dance charts—making DVBBS one of only 13 Canadian acts to top the Official UK Singles Chart. Their catalog features 12 platinum-certified singles including Tinted Eyes, West Coast, IDWK, Tsunami, and Not Going Home, which earned a Juno nomination. They've been nominated for 4 Juno Awards, won 2 EMPO Awards (Best New Artist and Best Dance Act), and received SOCAN Awards for their success as artists, producers, and songwriters. DVBBS has scored 5 Beatport #1s and received remixes from icons like Tiësto and Major Lazer.
