Don Xhoni, whose real name is Xhonatan Isufi, is a Kosovar hip-hop artist known for predominantly rapping in Albanian. Born on April 8, 2000, he rose to prominence around 2020, notably with a collaboration with Albanian singer Enca and his single "Make a pose (Freestyle)," which went viral on TikTok. In recent endeavors, Don Xhoni announced a change in management, departing from the "Gjoni Black" label and joining "AVD Digital" under the management of Denis Avdiu. He has been active with new music releases, including the visually completed musical project "Don ti" and the single "Yakuza" in December 2024. Other recent songs released in 2025 include "Ghetto," "Zona 24," "Ça tha," and "Top G (Freestyle)". His track "Lej" also featured on the Official IFPI Charts Digital Singles Chart (International) in Greece in January 2024.
