About DKA

DkA, a Belgian music producer based in Charleroi, has been shaping the electronic music scene since 2000. He has worked on projects like Brussels Pony Club, Comute, and Kelket, always pushing the boundaries of sound and creativity. Influenced by hip-hop, jazz, early techno and house, post-minimalism, romanticism, neo-classical music, IDM, pop, jungle, hardcore, UK breakbeat, and punk, DkA blends these styles into a unique sound, marked by deep grooves and rich atmospheres. Performing at festivals and clubs like Watergate, Tomorrowland, Pacha Barcelona, Smolna, Fuse, and Akumendra NYC, DkA has also released music on Mau5trap, Break New Soil, Tale and Tone, and more. His collaborations include remixes for Sender, URSL, and Raw Roots, as well as joint projects with Igor Vicente on Mobilee Records, Get Physical, and Hot Creations. From 2019 to 2022, he lectured on electronic music production at SAE Institute in Brussels. He then co-founded Out of Border with Jon Mosto, a label and production company supporting innovative artists. DkA’s music explores deep emotions, storytelling, and sonic landscapes, aiming to create an immersive, introspective experience that resonates with the soul. His commitment to innovation continues to inspire the global electronic music community.
