Die Twice is a dynamic UK four-piece band, originally formed in Exeter in 2022 and now based in Brighton, known for their genre-bending sound that draws inspiration from a wide array of styles including Blues, Jazz, Latin, Funk, Reggae, Rock, and Hip Hop. Comprising Olly Bayton (vocals), Billy Twamley (guitar), Finn 'Blue' Lloyd (bass), and Jake 'Fig' Coles (drums), the band is recognized for their "genre-bending riffs, driving rhythm section, and gut-wrenchingly honest lyricism." They have been compared to artists such as Jeff Buckley, Radiohead, The Doors, and The Clash, creating a "cinematic" and "cathartic" soundscape. In recent endeavors, Die Twice released their debut independent EP, "Accept Me Like A Lie," on May 27, 2026, through FAE. This EP includes their recent singles "Wishbone," which debuted on April 24, 2026, and the starker "Jakobo," released on March 4, 2026. They also held a London residency at the Mascara Bar in April and May 2026 and are preparing for "The Punchbag University Tour" with Villanelle, as well as their own "Perfect Tour." The band is gaining significant traction, earning praise from BBC Introducing and Clash Magazine, and is described as "redefining band culture" for a new generation.
