Daði Freyr live history
Daði Freyr is an Icelandic musician known for his electronic, pop, psych-pop, and synth-pop sound. He gained international recognition as the frontman of Daði & Gagnamagnið, representing Iceland in the Eurovision Song Contest. Since his Eurovision appearances, he has been actively releasing new music and performing. In May 2026, he released his new album "Too Much Not Enough," which includes recent singles such as "Beautiful Day" and "Good Enough." Earlier in 2026, he released the single "Hot Damn." He also closed Salurinn's 2026 Söngvaskáld season in May 2026. In 2023, he performed an "epic version" of Atomic Kitten at Eurovision. He continues to tour with sold-out shows and has released other albums, including "I Made An Album" (2023) and "& Co." (2019). He resides in Iceland with his wife, Árný Fjóla, and their two children, having moved back in May 2025. His sister, Sigrun, is also a member of his band.
