Creeping Embers, formed in May 2024, is a Brighton-based, all queer, trans, and disabled fronted punk band. Their sound is loud, chaotic, and slightly unhinged, combining rumbling bass tones, erratic drum beats, biting vocals, and the elegant whisperings of electric harp and synth, creating an unforgettable experience. The band's lyrics focus on a wide variety of topics such as social injustice, LGBTQ+ rights, living with disabilities. They draw influence from punk, post-punk, queercore, grunge, funk, folk, alternative rock, and gothic rock, being compared to bands such as Cheap Perfume, Destroy Boys, and Petrol Girls.
