Cassyette is an English singer-songwriter and music producer from Essex, known for her "Nu-gen" sound, which blends electro-pop, rock, metal, punk, alt-pop, screamo, electronic, and dance music. Her music is often described as futuristic and heavy, featuring powerful, acrobatic vocals that range from whispers to roars. She frequently explores personal and raw themes, including grief. In her latest endeavors, Cassyette released "This World Still Fucking Sucks," a deluxe edition of her 2024 debut album, on April 18, 2025, which includes the new single "Phantom Limb" and her viral screamcore cover of Lady Gaga's "Disease". She is currently writing new music and has indicated that "something new is bubbling". In 2024, she supported Bryan Adams and Bring Me The Horizon on tours and co-wrote Ireland's Eurovision entry.
