Carla Morrison is a Mexican indie pop singer-songwriter known for her poignant, tender, and often melancholic love songs, delivered with a lithe alto voice that conveys deep emotion, primarily in Spanish. Her music spans genres including alternative, Latin, and pop, earning her three Latin Grammy Awards and two Grammy Award nominations. Her most recent studio album, "El Renacimiento," was released in 2022, featuring the electro-R&B single "Ansiedad" which openly addressed mental health. In recent years, Morrison has continued to release new music, including singles in 2023 and 2024 such as "Everything Was For Love," "Que Vuelva," and "Disfruto (southstar Remix)." A duet with Pablo Alborán, "Si Te Quedas," saw a live version released as a music video in June/July 2026. She also performed at the "México Vibra" event in June 2026.
