About Café del mundo

Café del Mundo is a German flamenco guitar duo composed of Jan Pascal and Alexander Kilian, celebrated for their captivating fusion of traditional Spanish flamenco with jazz, classical, and world music elements. They are renowned for their technical brilliance, passionate performances, and their ability to evoke the fiery soul of flamenco, often collaborating with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and recording at Abbey Road Studios. In terms of recent endeavors, the duo released the album "80er unplugged" in 2024, and "Symphonic" in 2023, which notably featured the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. They have also released several singles between 2023 and 2025, including "Hallelujah (Live)" and "Time After Time" in 2024, and "You and Me" and "Spread Your Wings" in 2025. Café del Mundo maintains an active touring schedule, with their "Guitarize The World Tour 2026" featuring numerous concerts across Germany, France, Ireland, Switzerland, and Turkey. They are also slated for a concert in London in July 2024. Beyond their music releases and tours, Jan Pascal and Alexander Kilian also host their own daily radio show, "RadioTon unplugged".
