Blackbriar is a Dutch symphonic, gothic, and alternative metal band known for their evocative soundscapes and dark fairytale storytelling. Hailing from Assen, their music often delves into themes of mystery, love, loss, and death, brought to life by vocalist Zora Cock's distinctive and atmospheric vocals. The band signed with Nuclear Blast in November 2022. Their latest full-length album, "A Thousand Little Deaths," was released on August 22, 2025, through Nuclear Blast Records, featuring singles such as "The Fossilized Widow," "A Last Sigh of Bliss," and "Harpy." Blackbriar has been actively touring, including a North American tour in May 2024 and European tours in late 2024 and throughout 2025, with additional festival appearances confirmed for 2026.
