Bellaire is a French DJ and producer known for his vibrant contributions to the French House movement, blending irresistible disco, funk, soul, hip-hop, and deep jazz influences into shimmering, sun-drenched tracks. His signature sound is built upon a soulful, jazz-infused house rhythm, famously captured in his breakout hit "Paris City Jazz," which earned a Gold Export Certification. He excels at using filtered loops and sampling forgotten grooves, while also incorporating live instrumentation, often playing the saxophone himself to add warmth and virtuosity to his electronic beats. In terms of recent endeavors, Bellaire is set to release his debut album, "Born Funky," and embark on a "Funky Adventure world tour" in 2026, which includes a stop at the Roundhouse in London in September 2026 and August Hall in San Francisco in April 2026. The album is described as playful, eclectic, and brimming with groove, blending house, funk, and hip-hop, and features collaborations with artists like Cerrone and Dimitri From Paris, along with contributions from jazz pianist Gaël Berlinger. He has also recently released a remix for Yuksek and has a new solo single planned for release in March. Bellaire continues his mission to make people dance and celebrate the soulful heart of house music with upcoming tours across the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Canada. He is also the founder of AOC Records, a label supporting other artists.
