About Bag Raiders

Bag Raiders are an Australian electronic music duo, formed in 2006 by Jack Glass and Chris Stracey, known for their alternative dance, electronica, synthpop, indietronica, and house music. Both classically trained musicians, they also work as vocalists, producers, remixers, and DJs. Their self-titled debut album in 2010 featured the globally recognized track "Shooting Stars," which later gained renewed popularity as an internet meme. In 2019, they released their second album, "Horizons." More recently, Bag Raiders launched their own label, Broken Head Records, in 2022 and have continued to release club-oriented tracks such as "Love Me Back" (2023) and "Right Here / Saliba" (2023). In 2023, their hit "Shooting Stars" was sampled by Troye Sivan on his Grammy-nominated single "Got Me Started," leading to an official Bag Raiders remix in 2024. They have also released collaborations like "SAVE ME" with Boston Bun and "Flowers" with Panama in 2024. Their latest single, "Hold Me," a feel-good house anthem, was released in 2025. Bag Raiders are scheduled for upcoming performances in Australia, Japan, and Mexico into 2026, with a "relentless release schedule of club weapons" anticipated for 2025 and beyond.
