Aston Merrygold is a British singer-songwriter, dancer, actor, and television personality, born on February 13, 1988. He gained prominence as a member of the boy band JLS, who finished as runners-up on the fifth series of The X Factor in 2008. After JLS disbanded in 2013, Aston embarked on a solo career. In June 2025, he was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance but appeared to be in good spirits soon after. Merrygold recently made his voice acting debut in the Disney Pixar film *Elio*.
